1.two-stage integrated main machine
The two-stage compression main engine is adopted, that is, the first-stage compression rotor and the second-stage compression rotor are combined in one housing, and are directly driven by helical gears. Natural air enters the first-stage compression through the air filter, mixes with a small amount of lubricating oil in the compression chamber, and compresses the mixed gas to the interstage pressure. The compressed gas enters the cooling channel and contacts with a large amount of oil mist, which greatly reduces the temperature. The compressed gas after cooling enters the second-stage rotor for secondary compression and is compressed to the final exhaust pressure.
2. PM electric motor
The motor uses the magnetic field generated by the AC voltage related to the stator coil and the magnetic force of the magnetic field to make the rotor rotate. The permanent magnet synchronous motor uses high-performance NdFeB permanent magnets, which do not lose magnetism at 120°C. It uses high-quality elastic couplings for direct transmission. The permanent magnet motor is integrated with the compressor host, which has a more compact structure, higher transmission accuracy and efficiency.
3.centrifugal fans VF control system
The centrifugal fan adopts variable frequency control, which can save energy by about 50%. According to the exhaust temperature, the fan speed is controlled to control power waste. At the same time, the noise is further reduced because the system and the overall component temperature are stabilized; because of the variable frequency control of the fan, the noise is further reduced.
Centrifugal fans have advantages such as high efficiency, no wind blind area, and stable pressure curve.
